Refunds & Exchanges

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!
We offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. There will be a $5 restocking fee to cover the return shipping on most items, and you'll be sent a prepaid label via email.

You can return your items for store credita different product, or a refund to the original payment method.Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Custom items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on (if applicable) and be returned in unused condition
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

Defective or Damaged Items:

If the item arrives defective or damaged, you must take a picture and contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue and send a replacement! *Photo proof is required to avoid scams, so please remember to take a photo prior to discarding the item. In some cases, the item will need to be shipped back (I'll cover shipping).


If its outside the return window, and the item is unworn, you can list it for sale or trade in the Fringe Unhinged VIP Facebook group! This is a great plan for items that don't fit.
